    CNC Operator/Stone Fabrication/CAD
    Coverall Interiors is offering a full time career opportunity to a qualified individual in our stone fabrication shop to complete on site measurements, prepare digital CAD drawings, and work CNC saw. We are willing to train the right candidate.
    Job Duties:
    Travel to jobsites and obtain digital measurements using a laser template machine. Upload files, prepare digital files, and transfer those files to CNC machine. Set up diamond tooling and configure work path for different types of stone work pieces. Manipulate dxf drawings from field measurement and fabricate stone to required dimensions. Load and unload material on machine using mechanized overhead crane and pneumatic lifters. Work closely with office staff for scheduling and job planning. Work closely with fabrication team to ensure jobs are completed in a timely manner and are thoroughly inspected to ensure the highest quality. Closely monitor equipment to ensure proper execution of program. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and submit orders for equipment parts and materials necessary for proper function of machines. Track and submit orders to keep inventory of shop and installation supplies up to date. Occasionally receive shipments of inventory or job materials. Other duties as assigned.
    Required Knowledge:
    Mechanical – Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. CNC experience is a plus. (Will train right person)
    Computer – Basic knowledge of computer operations and programs. CAD programming experience is a plus. (Will train right person)
    Required Skills:
    Verbal and written communication
    Must be punctual, dependable, and have reliable transportation
    Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and problem solve
    Ability to operate (or learn to operate) a forklift
    Heavy lifting
    Current Washington State driver’s license and a clean driving record
    Ideal Candidate:
    Our ideal candidate will possess experience in CAD and CNC operations, have a working knowledge of stone fabrication and installation, and work well in a team environment. Be hardworking, organized and keep a clean work area. Some artistic or creative ability is preferable. We are seeking someone who is dedicated to the job, who is timely and dependable, and is willing to learn new tasks and work towards the success of the company.     Compensation $17-$25/hr DOE; Paid Holidays; 1 week vacation (after 1 year); 75% of medical/dental benefits are company paid.
    Hours: M-F 7:30-4 with possibility of overtime or weekend work
